Stuttgart/Frankfurt/Berlin, XX.XX.2026 – Experience One impresses KfW in its pitch and wins the mandate to develop, manage, and market the business succession exchange "nexxt-change 2.0." With this contract, KfW is taking the platform to a new level of development and establishing it as the central point of contact for successful business transfers among small and medium-sized enterprises.
Relaunch with comprehensive mandate
As part of the mandate, Experience One will not only handle the technical relaunch, including hosting, data migration, and rebranding, but also provide editorial and technical support for the platform. This includes developing a user-friendly UX/UI and interactive tools that actively support and accompany transferors and transferees during the succession process. Furthermore, Experience One is responsible for marketing "nexxt-change 2.0" as well as acquiring and integrating new placement partners. Experience One is bringing the content marketing specialists from muehlhausmoers in Berlin on board for text and content creation.
"We are very much looking forward to this exciting task. With "nexxt-change 2.0," a modern exchange for business succession will be created that provides even more targeted support for small and medium-sized enterprises," explains Christian Pusch, Managing Director of Experience One. The goal is to establish "nexxt-change 2.0" as a state-of-the-art platform and the central succession exchange for small and medium-sized enterprises in Germany—and thus to continuously promote successful business succession in Germany. Birgit Spors, Head of Digital Sales & Data Science at KfW: "With the relaunch of the "nexxt-change" succession exchange, we not only want to support the transfer of small and medium-sized enterprises. We also want to show that you can become a founder by taking over an existing company."
The mandate lays the foundation for the sustainable further development of the platform. Experience One will take on both short-term relaunch tasks and the operation and continuous development of the platform.
